La Segretissima” is legally empowered by the Prefecture of Rome by prefectorial decree N° 971/96/A.I./Div. P.A./ of 22 May 1996. For criminal investigations it is empowered by prefectorial decree N° 35339 Area 1 Ter O.S.P. of 22 June 2005 which specifies that any contact, connection, communication and service undertaken with customers is dealt with the utmost reserve complying with all the security laws in force (Actual Privacy Law), and with professional deontology and moral integrity. This, as a warranty indispensable for the Customer. The defensive investigations for Criminal Defence are directly carried out by the owner who avails himself with engineers and experts empowered by Articles 38 and 222 of the Penal Code. For the investigations, La Segretissima disposes of a professional team coming from the investigative department of the State Police whose aim is to pursue its objectives on a short and effective term for judicial results. La Segretissima is a WAD member (World Association of Detectives).
